Native grayscale/RGB(A) PNG, 8 or 16 bit, non-interlaced. For JPEG/WebP, save a PNG in your image editor and add it through the existing project Source files.
Screen previews use 8-bit display brightness; exported depth.png preserves 16-bit samples. No machine control. Laser removal curve: Calibration required — no measured samples recorded.
Lithophane + Color Lithophane
Uses existing VERIFIED print profiles and the normal slicer, inventory, approval and production workflow.
Create a closed 3MF whose dark image areas are thicker. Mono mode is a white/translucent lithophane. Color mode adds deterministic CMYK+white transmission layers; physical filament and backlight calibration is required before production.
Color minimum thickness = CMYK layers + one white layer, each exactly the selected profile layer height. Example: 4 × CMYK + 1 × white at 0.20 mm = 1.00 mm.
Model Preparation + 3D Splitter
Production requires current verified evidence and human approval. Preview does not release a job.
Check an existing STL, triangulated OBJ or core 3MF, rotate/scale it and separate shells or cut one convex shell. Geometry-only import: colors, textures and source materials are replaced. No automatic mesh repair.
Up to 20,000 triangles / 32 shells. Convex cuts up to 2,000 triangles. Topology checks do not certify self-intersections, thin walls, support needs or physical printability. Each part gets its own print plate; assembly location is retained in its recipe.
Multi-material 3D Printing Studio
Production requires current verified evidence and human approval. Preview does not release a job.
Create a flat color plaque from an existing PNG. Slot 1 forms the solid base; image colors are reduced to your selected filament palette. Preview and verify the 3MF in your slicer before production.
Each slot uses an existing VERIFIED profile for the same printer. Match layer height, nozzle size and bed temperature. Check adhesion and material compatibility yourself.

Import the 3MF as one assembly. Match each part material to the loaded filament, check scale, adhesion, supports and purge. Record estimates for ONE plate. Use existing Inventory items in g or kg; the selected item must be the actual filament for that slot.
